RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

For non-personalized items, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital download products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable.
